It all starts by introducing a full-time, experienced web-design and platform professional who is fully ramped on the Craic.in platform. Ready to hit the ground running on day one. One part e-commerce consultant, one part customer success manager, your dedicated platform specialist is a Craic Agency FTE who augments your existing team, can live with us or who owns day-to-day management and administration of your new website.

Unlimited Revisions, Updates

For the first three months of your website, there is no limit to the revisions and updates you may make to your content. Others may limit you to "3-5 revisions," while we prefer you take the time to become familiar with how you will use your new website, and, more importantly, how your customers are using the new website.


With at least 3 months of unlimited revisions and updates to your content you have the time to think critically about what business objectives are being met, what we can do to accentuate what is working, and address what's not.  More importantly it gives us time to gather a sample size of data from which to make recommendations that will positively impact the key performance indicators you are most concerned with.
